We offer a decolonized approach to organizational change by facilitating difficult conversations, through workshops and training, conflict resolution / mediation, team building and strategic planning. With the goals of establishing, diversity, equity and inclusion, anti-racist systems and addressing Truth and Reconciliation.
We carry forward the wise teachings of our ancestors to show hopeful pathways forward. The first steps are building a solid foundation of trust and skills for being together respectfully while moving along challenging terrain.
This journey will be as deeply about unlearning as it is about learning. This intimate, personal work is what allows people to be open to real transformation – within themselves and the organization.
